YE Yilan

Dr. Yilan Ye received her bachelor’s degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2010. She went to Penn State University for joint Ph.D. research from 2014 to 2016. She received her doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2016. She did postdoctoral research in Texas A&M University from Sept, 2016 to Jan, 2018. Afterwards, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Tsinghua University from Jan, 2019 to July, 2021. Now she is an assistant researcher in the Department of Chemical Engineering in Tsinghua University. Her research is mainly focused on polyelectrolytes and Janus materials. She was awarded the Young Scientists Grants supported by National Science Foundation in 2020 and the Grand Challenge Exploration Grant supported by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2021.
