o Integrate into existing high-level research teams as core scientific members.

o Focus primarily on scientific research tasks.

III. Qualifications and Benefits

· Possess a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Bioengineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with outstanding research achievements or demonstrating exceptional potential for future development.

· Candidates for the Teaching and Research Faculty Series should demonstrate strong potential for teaching and the ability to lead an independent research group. Candidates for the Research Faculty Series and Project Research Positions should possess solid research skills and excellent teamwork capabilities.
