Dr. Wang Yi obtained her bachelor’s degree in integrated traditional and western medicine from Hebei Medicine University in 2003 to 2008, and her master and doctoral degree from graduate school of medicine of Osaka University, Japan, during 2009 to 2014. She worked as a specially appointed researcher in Osaka University from 2014 to 2015, and then worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Tsinghua University from 2015 to 2018. Now, she serves as an assistant professor at the department of chemical engineering in Tsinghua University and focuses her research on 1) Drug development of natural bioactive peptides and polysaccharides; 2)High throughput microfluidic 3D organoid culture system for drug screening. In recent years, she has published 25 papers on international journals which have been indexed in the SCI and applied for 14 international and domestic invention patents.
