Research Direction: Low-carbon energy and chemical engineering
E-mail:cuicj06@tsinghua.edu.cn

Dr. Cui obtained her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2006, 2012, and 2015 respectively. Her research focuses on "low-carbon energy and chemical engineering", mainly involving the research on emerging chemical processes (olefin synthesis from syngas), oxygen-free catalytic cracking of hydrocarbons to produce green hydrogen and carbon nanomaterials, as well as the application of carbon materials in electrochemical energy storage (power devices). To date, she has published over 30 academic papers including those in Science, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Lett., Energy Storage Mater., etc., and has been granted over 40 patents. Participated in composing four technical monographs in the field. Accomplished 4 items of technical achievement appraisal, and successfully completed 1 technology result transfer.
