QIU Tong

Research Direction: Complex process mechanism and data-driven modeling

Dr. QIU Tong received her B.Sc. and Ph.D. in chemical engineering at Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University in 1995 and 2000, respectively. In 2016 she was promoted as Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University. Her current research centered on process systems engineering including 1) Complex process mechanism and data-driven modeling, 2) Simulation and optimization of ethylene processes, 3) Molecular characterization and reaction network reconstruction in Petrochemical process, 4) Technology and economy of energy system. These works have harvested about 160 journal-publications, and 9 scientific and technology prizes, and also obtained the supports from 863 project, 973 project and National Key Technology R&D Program.
