Dr. HE Yaning received his B.Sc. and Ph.D. in polymer material science at Dept. of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University in July 1998 and January 2003, respectively. He has worked in the department as a lecturer since February 2003. In December 2006, he was promoted as an associate professor in polymer material science. He did JSPS postdoctoral research at The University of Tokyo with Professor Takuzo Aida (2007-2008). His current research centered on polymeric materials including: 1) Photo or electron responsive materials; 2) Smart materials; 3) High performance polymer.
