工学博士,清华大学化学工程系副教授、系主任助理(外事主管),主要从事多孔材料合成与应用、微化工技术等方面的研究。近年来,围绕“分子筛材料的设计、合成与应用”这一前沿方向,从化学工程与材料化学基本原理出发,在深入揭示分子筛晶化规律的基础上,建立了分子筛分钟级快速合成、连续流动合成及秒级超快速连续流动合成新方法,发展了分子筛快速改性、金属纳米团簇在分子筛内快速封装以及分子筛纳米管路易斯酸催化材料创制等新策略,推动了分子筛材料合成方法与制备工艺的创新。已在 PNAS、Science Advances、JACS、Angewandte Chemie International Edition 等期刊发表研究论文60余篇。曾获东京大学工学部部长奖(研究奖)、Reaction Chemistry & Engineering Emerging Investigator、清华大学青年教师教学大赛工科组(二等奖)、清华大学优秀班主任(二等奖)等荣誉。
