主要从事生物化工领域的教学和研究工作,主要内容包括蛋白质构象转换调控及其在蛋白质折叠和分离中的应用,纳米酶制剂及其在工业催化中的应用以及土壤生物修复技术等。发表论文190余篇,其中SCI收录 120余篇,专利授权10项。已培养研究生逾50名,其中全国优秀百篇博士论文1人。先后获清华大学研究生良师益友奖(2004,2018,2020),获得全国高等学校优秀骨干教师奖(2002),教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2004),国务院政府特殊津贴(2007),宝钢优秀教师(2016)。
