研究方向:

参加工作以来,紧紧围绕粉体材料尺寸、形貌和功能调控的科学基础开展研究,提出并发展了可以在毫秒级内达到均匀混合的膜分散微结构反应器,通过新型微反应器调控颗粒的成核和生长过程,制备得到了尺寸小且分布窄的纳米CaCO3ZnOSiO2等颗粒;提出并发展了微通道中通过调控液滴大小、传质和传热速率改变凝胶速度,实现凝胶成型一体化,制备了具有不同孔径尺寸、不同直径的SiO2微球,提出了亚临界水刻蚀玻璃,制备得到了壳层厚度为5微米的核壳型玻璃微球;将巯基、磺酸基、Pd离子等通过表面接枝、离子交换等手段负载到微球表面进行功能调控,使这些材料在酶固定化、油品含硫物质吸附和加氢催化等方面展示出了良好性能。

 

研究成果:

2001年以来,在国内外学术期刊上共发表学术论文118篇,其中SCI收录论文100篇,SCI收录论文他引1750次,近5年(2010-2015)年他引1395次,入选爱思唯尔2014年中国高被引学者榜单。文章发表在Green Chemistry1篇), Langmuir3篇), AIChE J.3篇), Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research15篇), Chemical Engineering Journal(10)Bioresource Technology10篇),Chemical Engineering Science8篇),Microporous & Mesoporous Materials8篇),Powder Technology4篇)等有较高影响力的期刊上,其中以第一、第二作者(学生第一作者)或通讯作者发表SCI收录文章73篇;近五年来发表SCI收录论文39篇,其中第一作者2篇,通讯作者28篇。以通讯作者身份发表在Fuel, 2008,87:216-221的文章获得2008年度中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,该文章现已被他引226次。作为第二作者完成《微反应器技术》译著一本。先后承担973项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上及重点项目、中石油、中石化等企业横向课题20余项,课题经费1800余万元。获授权发明专利10余项。

获得奖励:

获得国家技术发明二等奖1项(排名第3),省部级奖励4项,并入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,获得“全国石油和化工优秀科技工作者荣誉称号”,获得中国颗粒学会“青年颗粒学奖”, “一种纳米碳酸钙颗粒的制备方法”的专利(ZL200510086388.2)获2012年中国专利局颁发的优秀专利奖,并已实现产业化。
