Education and Career

     Dr. Du completed a post doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2004 and works as a full academic staff member in Tsinghua University now. She received the Tsinghua University Postdoctoral Excellence Award in 2004. She has more than 20 journal and conference publications.

Research areas

     Dr. Du's research field of activity is biocatalysis and biotransformation of renewable resources, especially in the field of biodiesel production using biological approaches.
